CM Jagan, Shrivera silk clothes, TTD calendars released in Tirumala!

On the first day of Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavam, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS. Jagan Mohan Reddy presented silk clothes to Sri Venkateswara Swamy on behalf of the state government.
First Chief Minister Shri Bedi reached Anjaneyaswamy temple. From there, CM Jagan reached the Srivari temple in a procession with mangal instruments.

TTD Board of Trustees President (TTD Chairman) Bhumana Karunakara Reddy and TTD EO AV Dharma Reddy welcomed CM YS Jagan. After that, the Chief Minister paid obeisance to the flagpole and visited Srivara. CM Jagan visited Vakulamata, Vimana Venkateswara Swamy, Bhashyakarla Sannidhi and Yoga Narasimhaswamy.
Later, Vedic scholars blessed them by chanting Vedic mantras in Ranganayakula Mandapam. Srivari Theerthaprasadas and Sri Venkateswara Swamy’s Kalankari portrait were handed over to CM Jagan. On Monday night, the first day of Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavam, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS. Jagan Mohan Reddy unveiled the diaries and calendars for the year 2024 printed by TTD.
It is known that every year TTD prints special calendars with images of Srivenkateswara Swamy. printed.
The diaries and calendars will be available from September 22 at Tirumala, Tirupati. It will be available to devotees in other areas from the second week of October. Earlier on Monday evening, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy inaugurated two rest houses built by TTD with the help of donors for the devotees who come to visit Tirumala Srivari.

In Padmavati area of Tirumala Rs. 20 crores for Vakulamata Nilayam Rest House by donor Rajesh Sharma, Rs. 11.50 crores was built by donor Narendra Choudhary at Shri Rachana Rest House. A total of 24 rooms are available for devotees in these two rest houses. These newly constructed rooms in Tirumala are available for devotees.
